Our Academy Approach
DMV Elite Academy is built on the belief that every player deserves a pathway to excellence, no matter where they start. Our academy is structured into two comprehensive tiers that reflect our long-term development model:
Development Program
Designed for young and early-stage players, this program focuses on:
Mastering the basics: ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting
Understanding game intelligence and positional awareness
Building mental resilience, teamwork, and love for the game
Learning discipline, respect, and leadership
Age-appropriate drills, fun competition, and consistent growth
Elite Program
A performance-driven platform tailored for advanced and high-potential players who are serious about taking their game to the next level. The Elite Program provides:
Position-specific training & advanced tactical education.
Strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and fitness tracking
Competitive matches, highlight games, and tournament exposure.
Scouting opportunities through our FIFA-licensed agents
Trials and pathways with pro academies and colleges
Our Difference
What sets DMV Elite Academy apart is our holistic approach to development. We don’t just train players, we build athletes and future professionals.
Our coaching staff is led by a UEFA-certified Technical Director with international experience.
We conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to educate families on how to support player growth at home, including nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and rest.
We track each player’s performance, effort, and growth over time through individual development plans (IDPs).
Our connections to scouts, agents, and clubs give real opportunities to players ready for the next level.
Each training session is structured to push players physically, mentally, and tactically.
Sessions include:
Agility and conditioning drills to build speed and endurance
Game-scenario exercises that translate directly into match-day decision-making
Stretching and recovery routines to reinforce discipline, reduce injuries, and instill professionalism from the start

DMV Elite FC After-School Spring Soccer Program with THES PTA

DMV Elite Youth Academy is proud to continue our partnership with THES PTA by offering a fun, high-energy outdoor after-school soccer program this spring.
Built on a foundation of real player development, our academy provides a clear pathway for boys and girls in Kindergarten–5th Grade to build technical skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game. Whether a beginner or an advanced player, every child receives quality coaching in a positive, growth-focused environment.
Training outdoors allows players to apply their technical skills in a game-like setting while improving decision-making, movement, and teamwork, all essential elements for long-term success in soccer.

DMV Elite FC Expansion Training Program
DMV Elite Youth Academy is excited to introduce a new weekly expansion training program designed to provide additional development opportunities for players in the community.
This program is open to all players who want to improve their game, whether they are beginners learning the fundamentals or advanced players looking to sharpen their skills. Our sessions focus on technical development, decision-making, and confidence on the ball in a positive and challenging training environment.
Through structured training and game-based activities, players will build the skills and understanding needed to grow and enjoy the game at a higher level.
DMV Elite continues to expand its commitment to providing quality soccer development opportunities for players across the community.

Players of all skill levels, ages 6 and above, are welcome to train, develop, and take their game to the next level with DMV Elite FC.

Youth Academies are offered seasonly all four seasons.

Age groups are as follows: 0-7, 8-12, 13-16, 16+.
However, groups depend on location and demographics. Skill level is subdivided after registration.
