DMV Elite FC is a semi-pro soccer club based in Howard County, Maryland, with a unique approach to the sport. Our philosophy focuses on developing players to reach their potential and perform at a professional level.

Youth Empowerment Internship Program (DEYEIP)
DMV Elite FC is proud to offer the Youth Empowerment Internship Program (DEYEIP), an initiative that provides high school and college students with hands-on experience in sports management, media, operations, and community engagement.
This program reflects our commitment not only to building the game on the field but also to developing the next generation of leaders off the field. Through DEYEIP, selected interns will work closely with our club staff, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of a semi-professional soccer organization.
Selected interns will assist with photography, event operations, team management, and community outreach throughout the NPSL season.

Providing pathways on and off the field!
DMV Elite FC was founded in September 2022 and, in its first years, won the Maryland Major Soccer League (MMSL) in Fall 2022, was the runner-up for the Morton Cup, and won a regular MMSL season title in 2023.
In 2023, the team was admitted to the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) as a 2024 expansion club. DMV Elite FC has seen how introducing professional standards into amateur soccer has affected players, engaged the community, and excited fans.
